South-west Youth Entrepreneurship Summit is set to empower 120 young persons in agriculture, fashion and technology areas in the geo-political zone.
South-west Youth Entrepreneurship Summit is designed to engage the youth in the South-west in Leadership, Training and Entrepreneurship development.
The summit is scheduled to take place On March 9, 2024, at the Prestigious Oriental Hotels, Lagos State, with the theme: “Enacting innovation & Technology for National Development.”
In a statement issued by the Co-Convener, South-west Youth Entrepreneurship Summit, Amb. Desmond Femi Agboola, he said the youths in the South-West are well educated and highly dedicated, hence the summit will help in bringing out the best in them.
“We hereby deemed it fit to use this entrepreneurship summit to raise 120 entrepreneurs in different
fields of endeavour to give back to the society as part of our social responsibility.
“The participants will be drawn from the 6 South-West states and they will be involved in training on agriculture, fashion designing , event management , neauty and skin care after the summit,” Agboola said.
The summit will also feature seasoned speakers, entrepreneurs, politicians, captain of industries, top media executives and celebrities.
A keynote address will be delivered by the Minister of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, Dr Bosun Tijani, along with other personalities.
